Are you currently open?
As a healthcare professional I am allowed to practice during the current lockdown, so please do call to make an appointment.
However, for the safety of both clients and the practitioner, I must ask you to adhere to the following code when you arrive at the clinic:
- If you have suffered from any of the symptoms of Covid-19 in the fourteen days before your appointment, please do not attend but call me to rearrange your appointment. Find out more about the symptoms here: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/symptoms/
- To minimise the number of people in the building, please do not arrive more than five minutes before your appointment is due to commence.
- If possible, please come to your appointment alone.
- A face covering must be worn to enter the building, and this must be kept on for the duration of your visit. I can supply a mask at a cost of £1 should you arrive without one.
- Hand sanitiser is placed by the front door. Please make use of this on entry.
- On arrival, your forehead temperature will be taken.
- I have allowed additional time between appointments to sanitise and ventilate the treatment room, and I will be wearing full PPE.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments must be cancelled prior to 24 hours of the time of the appointment is due to take place.
A charge of half the session fee will be made if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled time, and the full fee will be due if no notification is made. All such fees must be settled before a new appointment is scheduled.
